We can work with your existing furnishings and accessories. Or if you prefer, we can deploy our extensive inventory to supplement what you have for an even more sophisticated and elegant look.
Staging Consultation
Schedule a private 1:1 consultation with Sunnie to discuss how to stage or decorate your home. We will go through room by room with you and/or your Real Estate agent, giving suggestions and recommendations that you can implement. You will receive a written summary of our recommendations promptly.
Vacant Staging
From experience, we have learned that staged homes sell faster and for more value than vacant ones since they allow buyers to better visualize the space with their own flair. Thus, we have accumulated an extensive inventory of furnishings and accessories to stage any type of home. We give complimentary staging bids with this option.
Owner-Occupied Staging
After implementing the changes suggested by Sunnie in a 1:1 consultation, we will come back to refine the space by bringing additional furnishings and/or accessories to supplement what you already have, making your home ready for the market.
One-Day Makeover
If you are tired of the look of your existing home or just feel the need to add a new feel to it, a one-day makeover is just what you need. We will work with your existing furniture, artwork, and accessories to dramatically transform your home. After the makeover, you will feel like you have just moved into a brand new home.
