Consultation
We will go through room by room with you and your Real Estate agent for up to 2 hours, giving suggestions and recommendations that you can implement. Digital photos will be taken, with your permission. Then a written summary of our recommendations will be emailed to you. This service starts at $250.

Re-Designs
After implementing the above suggestions, we will come back to refine the space. We will put the final touches and bring additional furnishings and/or accessories to supplement what you already have. This service starts at $300 for the first 2 hours, with $75/hr for additional hours.

Staging a Vacant Home
We have extensive inventory of furnishings and/or accessories to stage any type of homes. Furnished homes sell faster and for more value than vacant ones. Buyers can visualize the space better when the house is furnished. We give complimentary staging bids.
